I arrive 5 hours later . The boat was not include in the price . Too expensive for a bad service .

this little company is very organized and helpful. we took the bus, ferry and taxi combination to get from Bangkok to Koh Chang. everything worked well and everybody was very friendly. thanks a lot

Never book with this company, the service is very bed, I traveled for years in Thailand and it’s very first time and the worst experience, I was waiting almost 2 hours my trip and when beeing late the bus came they just didn’t take me and took other people who came after me, I was stressing and calling for help there are a lot of men all the time around but they was only “we don’t know”, I texted to support and they just send me other number without any explanations. I went with other company, Baanton called me and very very rudely said that I supposed to wait and somehow understand that they will take me, at one point, so they said they will not refund my money and plus rudely he said it’s my fault and they loose a place because of me.
