2. ConfirmationCustomers are responsible to make sure the selection on travelling date, time and destination are correct before making payment. By making payment and the issuance of Order Summary/Booking number/ Itinerary, the seats are confirmed immediately. All passengers above the age of 3 years old will be required to purchase a seat.
3. . Cancellation and Refund PolicyRefund is not possible in any circumstances if the travel date less than 72 hours
In case of cancellation and refund according to the company's conditions, The refund depends on the customer's choice of purchasing cancellation insurance, of which there are 3 options.
Purchase 100% Refundable Cancellation Fee: The company will refund the full amount of the net payment (excluding fees and service charges).
Purchase 80% Refundable Cancellation Fee: The company will refund 80% of the net payment (excluding fees and service charges).
Purchase 50% Refundable Cancellation Fee or No Insurance: The customer will receive a 50% refund of the net payment (excluding fees and service charges).
To be eligible for a refund, customers must request cancellation at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days through the original payment method.
We not allowed for change or cancellation booking on Thailand Public Holiday and long holiday.
Ferry Tickets is issued in the passenger’s name which is personal and non-transferable. It is valid only for the date and the trip for which it was issued.
5. Check –inPassengers must check in at the ferry operator's counter at least 45 minutes before departure. For international travel, passengers should allow extra time for immigration clearance and ensure they have all required documents.
If a passenger fails to complete check-in on time and misses their ferry, they must bear the travel cost to their destination.
If more passengers arrive than indicated on the voucher, or if a passenger exceeds the age limit specified, the ferry operator may charge the additional cost directly.

Passengers must present documents or e-ticket and collect their boarding pass at the counter at least 45 minutes before departure.
7. No ShowIf you are unable to board the ferry or bus on time or according to the schedule, you will be charged the full fare and will not be refunded.
8. Passenger’s ticket conditionsCompany is not responsible for any delay for boarding, deviation or modification of the scheduled route, due to bad weather conditions or pier authority orders. Passengers are entitled to carry maximum 2 pieces of baggage and maximum weight of the total luggage is 15 kilograms. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of luggage retained under passenger’s personal care during the trip.
9. Shuttle Companies RightsShuttle Company reserves the right to change or amend the itineraries without prior notice. Van/Bus seating depending on company design. Thailandferrybooking.com will not responsible for any sudden change in van/bus schedules and customer waiting at the wrong boarding/pick-up point.
10. Request on Van/Bus Seating RequirementCompany will provide the van/bus that are either self-owned or on charter from third parties. Company makes reasonable efforts to deliver the type of vehicle accord to what the customer booked for. However, the company reserves the right to replace, downgrade or upgrade the vehicle type booked by the customers in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The company will not be held responsible for any contingent cost incurred by the customer arising from the van/bus delay.
All passengers above the age of 3 years old will be required to purchase a seat. The company shall not be responsible for any legal implications resulted from passengers not complying with the regularities.
11.Fitness of the Commuter to Travela.Commuters who are pregnant or have any form of sickness, disease, injury, infirmity, disability or illness, whether mental, physical or otherwise, which could affect their fitness for travel shall:
i.disclose their pregnancy and the stage thereof, sickness, injury, infirmity, disability or illness, as the case may be, to the Company at the time of reservation of passage;
ii.submit to the Company prior to sailing a medical certificate certifying their fitness for travel;
iii.if necessary, be accompanied and assisted by an able bodied person of their choice and costs, who shall be responsible for their health and safety at all times including the period of transit, and
iv.reimburse and fully indemnify the Company and hold the Company harmless against any losses, claims, damage, costs, expenses and or delay, of whatever nature sustained by the Company, whether directly or indirectly, and arising out of or in connection with their pregnancy, sickness, disease, injury, infirmity, disability or illness, as the case may be.
b.Commuters who are more than 26 weeks pregnant are prohibited from traveling on-board the Vessel unless a medical certificate certifying fitness to travel is provided.
c.Commuters who require special assistance or special arrangements to be made while on-board the Vessel shall inform the Company at least 72 hours prior to departure. The Company will take all reasonable steps to accommodate the Commuter’s request but the provision of special assistance/arrangements is solely subject to availability and at the Company’s discretion.
12. Thailandferrybooking.com Legal NoticeThailandferrybooking.com will not liable and will not refund due to any action carried out by our ferry/shuttle company partners, or any event happens at our partner’s side. For instances, Thailandferrybooking.com will not be responsible for any sudden change from ferry company or shuttle company , seat number(s), schedules, departure date & time, arrival date & time; loss or accident incurred while taking the ferry/shuttle or no ferry/shuttle service provided. However, customer may complain to us, and we will take necessary actions to prevent such things from happen again in the future.
Thailandferrybooking.com will not include the following responsible of ;
(a) Ferry/Shuttle not departing / reaching on time.
(b) Maintaining the quality of Ferry/Shuttle, staff behavior and punctuality.
(c) Ferry/Shuttle operator canceling the service due to unavoidable reasons.
(d) The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
(e) The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point/pick-up point (please call the ferry/shuttle operator to find out the exact boarding point).
(f) The Ferry/Shuttle operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle (i.e : van transfer) at the boarding point to take customers to the ferry departure point.
(g) Thailandferrybooking.com is not be responsible for any sudden change in Ferry/Shuttle, schedules, departure date & time, arrival date & time; loss or accident incurred while taking ferry/shuttle.

13. Financial proof
Customers must provide authentic payment proof (e.g., bank transfer slip). Any falsified or altered documents will be subject to legal consequences.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking and payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. This acceptance is indicated by checking the box: “I understand and accept the terms of service and cancellation policy.” on the Thailandferrybooking.com booking and payment page.
Credit Reward Points Terms & Conditions (For Members)
Only registered members can earn points for discounts and rewards.
Members must log in before payment to accumulate points.
Earn 1 reward point for every 100 THB spent on bookings.
Maximum 1,000 points per day can be redeemed.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the rewards program without prior notice.
Points cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another member.
Redemption is available only for members with no outstanding payments.
Points expire 2 years after the last booking date.
Minimum booking amount for point usage: 500 THB.
